The Call for Proposals Is Closed
With a Virtual Field Trip, you can bring people to your location to give an overview of the research or management field site, explain the wildland fire topics or issues specific to the location, and share lessons learned. Videos must be pre-recorded and no longer than 45 minutes. We will schedule times during the Fire Congress program for “watch parties” where the video will be shown, followed by live audience interaction with both online and in-person attendees.
Please have the following information ready for the online submission form:
- Organizer contact information
- Field trip title
- Short summary for the program and website (50 words or less)
- Abstract / Description
