• Deadline for sponsors at $5,000 and above to ship marketing items to be included in the attendee’s bag (See Shipping Information here).  Also, please notify the AFE office of upcoming shipments.

November 17–EXTENSION

• Last day for Regular Registration Rates

November 18--EXTENSION

• Late Registration Rates Begin
• Deadline for all sponsors, exhibitors and donors to submit content for the screensaver slideshow

December 3-7

• Conference in session at the Oregon Convention Center in Portland, Oregon
