Interested agencies and organizations are invited to consider holding Attached Meetings in conjunction with the 7th International Fire Congress. Those wishing to organize an Attached Meeting should Submit their Proposal by September 15, 2017. Earlier submissions will be appreciated.
The number of Attached Meetings is limited by space availability and will be held during the afternoons on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Multiple afternoon time slots may be requested. Full day meetings can be scheduled, but are discouraged, so as not to conflict with morning plenary and concurrent sessions. Organizers must honor the afternoon break of 25-30 minutes.
Organizers and participants must register for the conference; registration costs will not be reimbursed by the conference. Organizers will be notified by October 1, 2017 if their Attached Meeting has or has not been accepted. Organizers will be responsible for inviting their participants.
Additional costs for coffee/tea service, speaker phones, and other audio-visual equipment will be the responsibility of the meeting organizer.
