With reduced and restricted budgets, we recognize that it is difficult to justify travel to multiple conferences and meetings. Thus, we invite your agency, organization, group, or committees to hold an attached meeting in conjunction with the 8th International Fire Congress.
The number of Attached Meetings is limited by space availability, so reserve your spot early. Rooms will be available at no extra cost during the following times:
– Monday, November 18 (during pre-conference workshops)
– Tuesday, November 19 (during lunch block or late afternoon)
– Wednesday, November 20 (during lunch block or late afternoon)
– Thursday, November 21 (during lunch block or late afternoon)
Organizers and participants must register for the conference; registration costs will not be reimbursed by the conference. Organizers will be notified by August 30, 2019 if their Attached Meeting has or has not been accepted. Organizers will be responsible for inviting their participants.
Additional costs for coffee/tea service, speaker phones, and other audio-visual equipment will be the responsibility of the meeting organizer.
